Bureau of Tourism Walkthrough
To obtain this quest, make your way to Grafton within the Toxic Valley region. Once you've arrived, a miscellaneous quest will unlock to listen to WGRF Grafton Radio Station - listen to it to start "Bureau of Tourism".
Once you've unlocked the quest, follow the quest marker that will lead you to a terminal of Grafton Mayor where he will instruct you to run some errands at a few tourist attractions. Also, be sure you loot the Overseer's cache beside Grafton Mayor for some goodies. Now, go to Clarksburg Shooting Club for your first task - simply head over to the location, and collect 10 beer bottle while exploring the area.
Second, head over to Wavy Willard's Water Park to repair the water valve - follow the quest marker leading you to a room under the facility and simply turn the valve.
Next, head to Black Bear Lodge and follow the quest marker that will lead you to the lodge check-in terminal. You will need (1) Screw and (1) Circuitry to repair it.
And finally, make your way to Prickett's Fort and look for token dispenser just outside the lodge - you will need (1) Gear and (1) Spring to fix the mechanism. Once you've repaired the dispenser, the quest will be completed.
