Miner Miracles is a Side Quest in Fallout 76. Side Quests can provide various of rewards from XP to caps. They are displayed under the section "SIDE" of the Pip-Boy.

Miner Miracles Walkthrough

You need to be level 25 to access this quest, otherwise see the rest of our Quests.

You start the quest, travel to The Garrahan Mining Headquarters, which is located at the southeastern section of the Ash Heap region. There's some super mutants and robots wandering that place so put them down first. Then you can explore the building interior. (be caution about traps and explosive mines.)

There's a terminal around the rear of the building has the Memo: Excavator Queries. The project manager's terminal on the east side of the building has the file Excavator Module Blueprints. Acces the file to proceed the quest.

You now need to collect the materials used to craft Excavator Power Armor, see the list below:

Excavator Helmet: Black Titanium x 6, Glass x 12, Rubber x 13, Screw x 10, Steel x 17

Excavator Left Arm: Black Titanium x 6, Gear x 10, Oil x 9, Screw x 10, Steel x 17

Excavator Left Leg: Black Titanium x 6, Spring x 30, Oil x 9, Screw x 10, Steel x 17

Excavator Right Arm: Black Titanium x 6, Gear x 10, Oil x 9, Screw x 10, Steel x 17

Excavator Right Leg: Black Titanium x 6, Spring x 30, Oil x 9, Screw x 10, Steel x 17

Excavator Torso: Black Titanium x 6, Gear x 10, Nuclear Material x 6, Rubber x 13, Screw x 10, Steel x 17

( Note: you can acquire Nuclear Material by scrap Blast Radius Board Game, High-Powered Magnet, Vault-Tec Alarm Clock, Ignition Core, or the Rad Poker Board Game. )

Black Titanium is dropped by Deathclaws. You can find these creatures on Deathclaw island, located to the west of the Typer County Fairgrounds.  Or you can dismantle Miner Suit Scraps dropped by Mole Miners. 

After you crafted all the Excavator Power Armor parts, equip it and  back to Garrahan Mining Headquarters to register it. The quest will be complete and reward  you the Power Armor Station blueprint.
