"Strength is a measure of your raw physical power. It affects how much you can carry, and the damage of all melee attacks." |
Strength is a statistic in Fallout 76 (FO76). Stats are attributes in the game that determine the player's capacity or ability. Improving stat values will improve the player's ability with Weapons, Armor and more. The game returns to its SPECIAL stats system reminiscent of the previous Fallout games. See Perks for further information.
Strength Information
Strength is directly related towards two stats. Carry weight in which how much items you can carry at one time before being encumbered and having an extremely big movement slow. Second would be melee weapon damage, in which this stat directly affect how much damage output for the weapon. Also, many Heavy Guns and large Melee Weapons have a strength required in order to fully utilize. Not fulfilling the requirement doesn't prevent the player from equipping it but provides a significant debuff like less accuracy for guns or lower swing speeds with Melee Weapons.
Strength is a measure of your raw physical power. It affects how much you can carry and the damage of all melee attacks. Remember that every item you scavenge has a weight associated with it, so the higher your Strength, the more you can physically carry before becoming over-encumbered. Melee damage is inflicted with weaponry you wield with your hands or that you wear on your hands.
