What Is Fallout 76's Release Date?

Will Fallout 76 Require A Constant Internet Connection?
Yes. Fallout 76 will be the first only-online installment of the series. This is due to the game's intention to be more of a multiplayer experience and they have further implemented this idea by ridding Appalachia of any human NPCs, making any human that you encounter in the giant world of West Virginia, a real player.
Does This Mean That There Will Be No Option To Play Solo???
Of course not! You'll definitely be able to play on your own, if you so desire. Only problem is, you will be COMPLETELY alone, void of any human interaction whatsoever, in the wasteland.

How to get Nuka-Cola Power Armor/Nuka-Cola Paint?
There's several steps you need to take in order to acquire the Nuka-Cola paint in fallout 76. First, travel to Pylon V-13 in Cranberry Bog. Be caution since this is the highest level area in the game. Look very slightly north to find a duffle bag. Search it and grab the Toolbox Key.
Now go to Watoga Shopping Plaza, to the west find a lone toolbox sat on a rock. There you will get the Key to Clara's Box.
Thirst step is to find Clara's Box in the Forest region. It's inside a red doghouse north of Sutton. Grab the Nuka-Cola Locker Key and head south.
At Kanawha Nuka Cola Plant (which is in the south-west corner of the Forest, south of Billings Homestead.) Go upstairs and find the locker containing the TNT Dome Key 3.
Finally, travel to Black Mountain Ordnance Works between Point Pleasant and Deathclaw Island and look for Bunker 3. Once inside, you'll find the plan for T-51 Power Armor Nuka Cola paint.
