Fallout 76 Bloodbugs are enlarged mosquito monstrosities that suck the blood of any victim it may find. As with most early level insect wildlife, they are only a danger mostly for the young and unprepared. Having the necessary equipment and knowledge would still be required to turn this danger to an annoyance

Fallout 76 Bloodbug is an Enemy in the game. Bloodbugs are descendants of prewar mosquitos that became the size of puppies. This made them from parasites that feed on mammals to insect predators that can actually kill mammals and not just give them dengue.  Enemies are creatures, robots and contraptions that are hostile to the player and may be defeated to complete Quests or obtain Loot.

You find Bloodbug enemies at the following locations:

• The biggest threat of Bloodbugs comes from the combination of their small size and ability to quickly move from one point to another while continuously attacking the players. 
• As players become stronger in levels their attacks become more and more insignificant. They are mostly a bane to early level players.
