Rad Roach
Fallout 76 Radroach fulfills your expectation for irradiated roaches. Big, icky, shows up out of nowhere at the most inconvenient times and zooms by at indecent speeds. However, it can be taken care of with minimal violence.

Fallout 76 Rad Roach is an Enemy in the game. Radroaches is nightmare scenario made real. Roaches by themselves now are already terrifying but the Great War's radiation made them from just icky to very icky but can also kill you if not careful. The keyword here is careful  Enemies are creatures, robots, and contraptions that are hostile to the player and may be defeated to complete Quests or obtain Loot.
