Fallout 76 Glowing One is an Enemy in the game. Glowing Ones are the toughest and strangest ghouls. Born through the same process as ghouls but due to reasons still unknown, they evolve into something greater. Enemies are creatures, robots and contraptions that are hostile to the player and may be defeated to complete Quests or obtain Loot.

• You find Glowing One enemies at the following locations some in which you must nuke to make them appear.

Whitespring Resort (may/may not need to nuke)
Monongah (must nuke)
Morgantown (must nuke)
Charleston (must nuke)

• Incredibly Tough threat with stronger resistances and higher health than a normal feral of the same level but doesn't lose the feral speed.
