Charleston is one of the Locations within the The Forest region in Fallout 76 (FO76). Players can access locations by progressing in the game's story and as part of Side Quests. Some Locations are seemingly inconsequential, but can reward players with special Equipment and Items.
Charleston is, or was, a major city in Appalachia. Due to its sheer size, there are a further 8 locations that are needed to break it down. These are the following:
- Charleston Capital Building
- Charleston Station
- Charleston Fire Department
- Charleston Herald
- Charleston Landfill
- Charleston Trainyard
- AVR Medical Center
- Hornwright Industrial Headquarters
Apart from these locations, the city itself contains a further 26 locations which can all be explored and pillaged for some great loot. Particularly, look south for a cliff the Super Mutants turned into a camp, where you're sure to find some of them, as well as loot. If you're having trouble navigating around the area, look for a red ruined house in the middle. This point will act as a reference point for all future locations.
Ruins of Charleston, once a fairly big and lively town. Here you will find a lot of resources as well as Super Mutants' camp, base of Responders and many other points of interest. Beware of feral ghouls, super mutants and scorched, often accompanied by mutated insects and animals.
