Target Rich Environment is a Daily Quest in Fallout 76. Daily Quests can provide various rewards from XP to caps.

Target Rich Environment Walkthrough

To obtain this quest, make your way towards Clarksburg Shooting Club and speak to the shooting range attendant. The robot will instruct you to fetch him new targets for the shooting range area, immediately open your map and look for the quest locator that points out to the new paper targets.

Eventually, it is marked differently for each player who takes this quest. So, to complete the quest, just follow the yellow marker, obtain the item, head back to Clarksburg Shooting Club, and attach the three paper targets at the shooting range area.
