Queen of the Hunt is a Daily Quest in Fallout 76. Daily Quests can provide various rewards from XP to caps.

These quests are displayed under the section "DAILY" of the Pip-Boy. They can be repeated every 24 hours.

Queen of the Hunt Walkthrough

To start the quest, head to Hunter's shack, access Shelby's terminal, and read through all her entries. Afterward, you will be given a task to investigate three sites - open your map to check its location since these marked locations will come out random within The Mire for each player who starts the quest.

After investigating all three sites, you will now have the location for the cryptid - follow it, kill it, and recover a tissue sample. Once you have it, head back to Hunter's shack and place the sample in the Tissue Analyzer to complete the quest.
