Trick or Treat is a Daily Quest in Fallout 76. Daily Quests can provide various rewards from XP to caps.

These quests are displayed under the section "DAILY" of the Pip-Boy. They can be repeated every 24 hours.

Trick or Treat Walkthrough

To initiate the quest, head over to the Pumpkin House located on the far east side from Vault 76 and speak to Jack O' Lantern outside the house - the robot will then provide you with a task to collect ten pumpkins.

To do that, simply go around the house and search through the hay where you will see the pumpkins. After collecting all ten, go back to Jack and deliver the goods to complete the quest.
