Endurance is a statistic in Fallout 76 (FO76). Stats are attributes in the game that determine the player's capacity or ability. Improving stat values will improve the player's ability with Weapons, Armor and more. The game returns to its SPECIAL stats system reminiscent of the previous Fallout games. Endurance Information
Endurance modifies the following factors: HP, Poison resistance, Radiation Resistance and Healing. It may also affect the consumption of AP when sprinting.
Endurance is a measure of your overall physical fitness. It affects your total health, the Action Point drain from sprinting, and your resistance to disease. Health is the amount of damage you can take before dying. Obviously a higher Health is more helpful, especially if you enjoy a more reckless fighting style, rather than lurking in the shadows when slaying foes. As Action Points (APs) and sprinting are both incredibly important, a larger AP reserve ( and thus the ability to sprint over longer distances) is most helpful. The higher your Endurance, the lower your chance to catch disease

All Endurance Perks in Fallout 76
Fallout 76 Endurance Perks are perks specialized to the Endurance Stat. This provides massive bonuses for values that revolve around Consumables, Resistance (Energy, Damage and Radiation) and total Health.
In addition to the usual stat boost, some perks also provide unique capabilities.
