Officer on Deck is a Main Quest in Fallout 76. The aim of this Main Quest is to earn sufficient Commendations via Enclave Events or slaying creatures. Quests are objectives that the player may complete to obtain special rewards for their participation in the wasteland activities.

The Big Day

Once you're at The Whitespring Bunker, head over to the Military Wing by passing through the blue laser grid, then downstairs. Continue on the end of the restaurant then take another door on the left followed by another set of stairs down. You'll arrive once you pass through one more left door.

On your arrival, MODUS will explain the nuclear system in place and once his speech is over, there's a Terminal at the back of the room that you'll need to access to activate the Automated Promotion System. Once you've done this, you are eligible to rank up within the Enclave by earning Commendations. You'll need to earn 10 to earn the rank of General, and here are a few ways to do that:

Once you've reached the General Rank, you'll be able to move onto the next Enclave quest I Am Become Death.
