Heart of the Swamp is a Fallout 76 Public Event. In Event: Heart of the Swamp, Players are to Take out the heart of the swamp before the vine infested creatures overwhelm the area. Public Events are temporary events which are usually quests that provide unique rewards during that event being happening.

Heart of the Swamp Walkthrough

This event quest will randomly appear in any location within the Mire region - as soon as you unlock the event, you'll be facing a Strangler Heart and the objective is to kill it. However, it won't be that easy since the boss will call reinforcements along the course of battle - so make sure you are fully stocked with recovery items and equipped with your weapon of choice or run the event with a group to gain help as much as possible. Eliminating all the enemies will result in the completion of the event quest.
